1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Oraton. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, keeping your password secure, and all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Subscription

Oraton offers subscription-based services. Depending on your platform, subscriptions may include a free trial, renew automatically, and be billed monthly or annually. Unless canceled before renewal, subscriptions automatically renew according to your selected plan.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe Customer Portal, if applicable. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund payments already made unless required by law.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the policies of the platform through which you purchased your subscription. Where legally required, Oraton will honor applicable refund rights.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate any laws, upload unlawful or harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the platform, interfere with platform security, use Oraton to generate abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content, or misrepresent your identity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, AI models, branding, logos, reports, graphics, and technology provided by Oraton remain the property of Oraton or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of Oraton without written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including your voice recordings. By using Oraton, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services.

9. AI-Generated Feedback

Oraton provides AI-generated coaching and communication insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, should not be relied upon as professional advice, and are intended solely for educational and coaching purposes. You remain responsible for decisions made using AI-generated recommendations.

10. Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee continuous availability. We may suspend or modify services for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oraton shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, business interruption, data loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Oraton during the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oraton, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, harm other users or the platform, or create legal or security risks.

14. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or improve any aspect of Oraton at any time without prior notice.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the entity operating Oraton, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Oraton after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
